The Capacity Building Partners Summit brings together participants, to share lessons and deliberate on the role of capacity building to attain sustainable HIV and Health response.
This forum has since given birth to the HIV/AIDS Capacity Building Partners Forum in Eastern and Southern Africa (ESA) where the Africa Capacity Alliance (ACA), in partnership with several other capacity-building organisations across Africa bring together partners to deliberate on the challenges affecting local capacity development and community systems strengthening for effective HIV and Health response in Africa as well as find solutions to these challenges.
The forum brings together local and regional capacity building institutions (inclusive of some ACA Member Institutions), local and international NGOs, bilateral and multilateral development partners, the private sector, community-based organisations, foundations and research and academic institutions. Members of the Forum are committed to working together to identify and implement capacity development programs in a focused and measurable way with the ultimate goal of increasing the quality and access of services in communities in their respective countries.
