Strategic Planning:   About the Course

Strategic Planning

In this course, you will get an introduction to what leadership and governance is, how they differ and how to constitute and sustain an effective governance system.

This program is based on the theory that organizational change occurs at multiple levels within an organization and that strong governance and leadership are the key drivers of capacity building efforts. This theory drives the sustainability of capacity building by ensuring that your organization creates strong systems that are adaptive to changing environments beyond the scope of any one particular project. The ultimate goal is delivery of capacity building from localized hubs, creating opportunities for continuous learning beyond the life of the project.
