On March 2016, Solina Group will be host a webinar on “Leveraging on Partnerships with Telcos for Cost-Effective Health Innovations.”

The webinar will be facilitated by Dr. Muyi Aina, Managing Partner at Solina Group, a Nigeria based consulting group that advises governments and the private sector towards improvement of health outcomes through innovation.

Prior to his current role, Dr. Aina was a Consultant in the Healthcare and Global Health practices of McKinsey & Company. He holds a medical degree from University of Ilorin in Nigeria, an MPH from Harvard University and a PhD in Epidemiology from Johns Hopkins University. He has attended various leadership and management development programs.

As the regional innovation broker for the Center for Health Markets Innovation, Solina has been involved in fostering health innovations in Nigeria. Dr. Aina was very involved in the establishment of the Private Sector Health Alliance which is a platform that mobilizes private sector capabilities and resources to enable health innovations to attain scale. He also serves as an Advisory Board member of the Nigerian Health Innovation Marketplace.

Solina’s work focuses primarily in health, but includes education, agriculture and small business development. As the Managing Partner, Dr. Aina leads Solina’s portfolio of work in Nigeria and abroad.
