The International Steering Committee of the Robert Carr civil society Networks Fund held its fifth board meeting in Amsterdam on April 16-17 2015. Based on lessons learned from the first three years of the fund, the ISC discussed strategic scenarios and options for the RCNF for 2015 – 2018.
